Many of the items in this collection showcase our signature prints that have become synonymous with the Konges Sløjd identity. Look for our classic lemon, cherry, and floral patterns, alongside other whimsical illustrations that spark imagination. Thoughtfully chosen materials

The creation of our products involves materials chosen for their specific qualities and how they feel and perform. Many of our textile products are crafted from organic cotton, known for its soft texture. For several of these items, we adhere to The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), which is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including environmental, human rights and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain.

To ensure certain textiles are tested for harmful substances, we also utilize the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.

In some of our functional wear, recycled materials are used. For these products, we may use the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of Recycled Content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. The goal of the GRS is to increase use of Recycled materials in products and reduce/eliminate the harm caused by its production.

For our wooden toys and paper products, we turn to responsibly managed sources. Several of these items are made with wood or paper originating from forests managed according to the principles of the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits. The FSC Principles and Criteria provide a foundation for all forest management standards globally.
