Mobile Terms of Service (SMS/Text Messaging)

The Konges Sloejd mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Konges Sloejd Inc. (“Konges Sloejd,” “we,” “us”). These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in and use of the Service.
1. Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service.
Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old (except in Alabama and Nebraska, 19 years old). Before the Service will start, you will need to verify the mobile phone number you provided by responding to a text message to your mobile phone that affirms your choice to opt-in to this Service and your agreement to these Terms. Konges Sloejd reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice.
2. Program Description
The Service may include recurring SMS/text messages sent to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include marketing content such as promotions, specials, marketing offers, and cart reminders, and may also include transactional or service-related messages (for example, order or account updates) if you have requested them or as permitted by law. Message frequency may vary.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By enrolling, you authorize Konges Sloejd to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or other technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list, you understand that your opt-in authorizes us to send messages to that number as described in these Mobile Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Costs
Konges Sloejd does not charge a fee for the Service, but message and data rates may apply and may be billed by your wireless carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will stop sending further marketing texts to that number, except as permitted by law (e.g., to confirm your opt-out). If you opt out, you may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages that you separately request (where applicable), unless you also opt out of those messages.

7. Supported Carriers; Availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas, and message delivery is subject to transmission availability and your carrier’s service.
8. Changes; Suspension; Termination
We may modify, suspend, or cancel the Service (or any features) at any time without notice. We may also update these Mobile Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when these Mobile Terms were last updated. Your continued participation in the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Mobile Terms.
9. Privacy
Your participation in the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information, including phone numbers and messaging data, in connection with the Service.
10. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konges Sloejd disclaims all warranties relating to the Service and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed $100.
11. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws specified in the Site’s Terms and Conditions (or, if not specified there, the laws of the state in which Konges Sloejd is organized), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved in the manner set forth in the Site’s Terms and Conditions, including any arbitration provision, if applicable.
