Many pieces are treated with a BIONIC-FINISH® ECO coating, a water-repellent finish. Some of our outerwear is made using recycled polyester. This material can be certified by The Global Recycled Standard (GRS), which is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of Recycled Content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. The goal of the GRS is to increase use of Recycled materials in products and reduce/eliminate the harm caused by its production.

Furthermore, to ensure safety, certain textiles are rigorously tested. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.
