Terms and Conditions for Name Embroidery

General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of name embroidery services on Konges Sløjd's website or through other channels. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Order Processing
   When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Your order will be processed and embroidered according to the information provided in these terms and at the time of ordering.

2. Embroidery and Design
   You are responsible for submitting the correct name to be embroidered. It is important to double-check that it is correctly spelled, as the embroidery will be carried out exactly as requested. We currently offer only one font, which is shown here, and the name will be embroidered with this font.

3. Delivery Time
   Delivery time may vary depending on the number of orders and specifications. However, you should expect up to 7 extra business days if you have added name embroidery to your order. We will do our best to adhere to this time frame.

4. Prices
   All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without notice, but the price listed at the time of ordering is the applicable price for that specific order.

5. Payment
   Payment for embroidery must be made at the time of placing the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal
   As name embroidery is a personalized customization, there is no right of withdrawal for orders unless the product is defective or does not match the ordered item.

7. Complaints and Returns
   If the delivered embroidery is damaged or incorrect compared to the requested order, the customer must contact us within a reasonable period after receiving the goods. We offer a replacement or refund for errors that are our responsibility.

8. Confidentiality and Personal Data
   All personal information collected during the order process will be treated confidentially and will only be used to complete the order. We do not share your information with third parties unless necessary to deliver the requested service (e.g., with transport companies).

9. Liability
   We are not responsible for damages to products resulting from improper use or if the embroidery information was submitted incorrectly by the customer.

10. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill the agreement if caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, etc.).
