Gift cards are delivered by email with no additional processing fees. This giftcard is issued in GBP, but can be used in any currency at checkout. Please allow up to two hours for delivery after ordering.
Our gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK above 139 GBP. Shipping fee for orders below 139 GBP is 15 GBP.
We ship with Parcelforce 6 - 9 business days.
Note that we ship DDP and that means no extra fees, customs or charges are added to your order.
We strive to dispatch orders the same day if submitted before 2 pm CEST. All items are shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary during sales periods or certain seasons, and are subject to the courier and destination.
Should you want to return an item, you can easily do so within 30 days. You can purchase a return label within our return portal for 15 GBP.
