Delivery
We strive to dispatch orders the same day if submitted before 2 pm CEST. All items are shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary during sales periods or certain seasons, and are subject to the courier and destination.
Delivery is free for orders over 150 EUR within Europe when shipped to drop-off points (home delivery excluded). Please note that in some locations, UPS Access Points are not available, and only home delivery will be offered.
We offer an extended return period during the holiday season: orders placed from October 1st, 2025, can be returned until January 14th, 2026.
